With decades of combined legal experience, attorneys Tresa Georgini and Gabrielle Georgini bring extensive knowledge and a passion for advocacy to every case.
Tresa Georgini
Gabrielle Georgini earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University in 2018 before obtaining her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2021. She is a registered patent attorney and received her U.S.P.T.O. registration number in 2021. Gabrielle has experience handling design patents and utility patents, particularly in the biological and pharmaceutical fields. Gabrielle is also highly experienced in trademark law, having successfully filed over 200 trademark applications.
In addition to her intellectual property practice, Gabrielle has a strong background in real estate law. She previously served as in-house counsel for a company specializing in commercial and residential title insurance, where she gained valuable experience in real estate transactions and property law matters.
Gabrielle Georgini
Tresa Georgini earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 1989 and her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992. With over 20 years of experience in family law, she has helped countless clients achieve favorable resolutions in divorce, custody, support, and adoption matters. In addition to family law, Tresa has handled contracts and employment law, providing businesses and individuals with legal guidance on contractual agreements and workplace issues.
Tresa also has judicial experience, having served as a pro tem judge for the Pinal County Superior Court and the Ak-Chin Indian Community. Additionally, she spent two years as the Maricopa City Magistrate, an experience that gives her a unique perspective on how judges may approach legal issues—an advantage she applies when advocating for her clients.
